This vehicle is common on Classic car show in Serbia. It say Praga on hood.

It is interesting, as there was no such thing like "Praga Pionir". Praga called this truck/buses RN or RND (depends on engine). Pionir was a post war TAM - Yugoslav made Praga RN licence clone...

Edit: Damn! Even more interesting - my bad. So they started to make them not after the war, but before it - around 1938 - and before the war its name was indeed "Praga Pionir"!

This is RN-8. RN-8 was the 1st version made in YU and it was named RN till 1946, when the 3,5 ton version went into production. This 3,5 ton model had to be the 1st Yugoslav "Praga" named Pionir.
