Maybe a Heavy 12/4 taxi? The style is 1931-32 but I don't know how long that model was produced for. The headlights don't look to be in good order nor are they aligned. |

I think it is a taxi, although possibly a later Low Loader (1934+); screen split horizontally and cowl-mounted sidelights. |
