Presumably you mean the round boot badge?? Very difficult to find exactly what boot badge these late Sprites had, with some picture/caption overlaps between Austin-Healey and plain Austin, but eventually ...

This June 70 Austin Healey has Sprite script

This "1971" (plate date) has a round boss which doesn't look like octagonal MG logo

... and this Nov 70 (plate date) definitely looks round

Both Sprites and Midgets had red grille badges, so that doesn't help, but I think with fingers crossed the sill lettering across both VOP 436J pages looks more like Sprite than Midget. So I think Sprite is safe.
