 I was thinking one of the older Sutphens that Wilmington FD has, because they had a roto-ray light just like this one and this movie was shot in Wilmington, North Carolina.

I think he is right

this looks like a Sutphen they had in fleet , notice those vents beneath the headlights

and the front lights seems to match too specially those around the middle
