Pickering of Wishaw? http://www.old-bus-photos.co.uk/?cat=287
Although Grace's Guide only refers to "manufacturers of railway carriages, wagons and rails" CM Archive mentions R. Y. Pickering Ind Co., Ltd., Wishaw. for bus bodies.

That reference definitely says Wishart, but mistakes do occur.

It’s dsl territory, perhaps there’s something in Kelly’s.

Wishaw is a town near Motherwell. Wishart is a common Scottish surname, but not as far as I can tell a Scottish placename.
