Looks like a fake Kenworth built on a pickup truck chassis.

Could be a purpose built thing.

There are outfits which make big rig conversion kits for pickup chassis. Here's one.

That's a Grizzly. They were made in Canada, They only made about 13-14 of them. They were all custom ordered and no two were identical. They were designed as a heavy duty easy to service pickup. They used a lot of different manufactures parts in them (Like Kenworth, GM and Ford). They didn't have any model numbers or names. Grizzly was a actual company albeit not too successful, so they aren't quite a factory production pickup truck, but not quite a custom one off.

Here's a whole thread on Heavy Equipment Forums for the Grizzly pickups. https://www.heavyequipmentforums.com/threads/grizzly-trucks.55167/
