This is in Holland, region of Arnhem. Is it a Frontera? Then it has to be an Opel.

Am I right, that the Opel 2.0-Diesel-engines are made by Isuzu, too? I've heard that. It shall be different than the 2.4/2.5-version, which originally was constructed by BMW.

Opel and Vauxhall have used Isuzu diesels in the past. More recently (from 2002) GM also owned a majority interest in, or complete ownership of, some of Isuzu's various diesel engine businesses.

GM-Europe commonly now use 'Ecotec' Fiat-designed diesels as a result of a GM-Fiat partnership that was recently dissolved. However GM and Fiat continue to jointly own an engine plant in Poland.
