I guess it is CARM "Ritsa" (ЦАРМ "Рица") produced in Sochi from 1954 up to late 60s (about 500 made). |

Ritsa was very similar to PAZ. And both are different from this thing. This one has crooked, angular rear wheelarch and doors with windows frame. I'm affraid, that this thing can be listed only as GAZ 51... |
