I would agree 1958-62 Albion Chieftain CH3 from size and the filming date. http://www.trucksplanet.com/catalog/model.php?id=1474 Not Markyate, too wide for that and not I think on either the A5 or A6 trunk roads in North Hertfordshire. Pub on the left (The Plough?) has probably gone now or been renamed. A village school and a typical Hertordshire village church spire?
