So far I know were Customs mostly Cop cars and taxis. But no one in Germany imported a basic second hand car in this time. US Cars were only used as private cars usualy with more trim. That`s applicable to swizzerland,I think, where theese cars were sold officiall by Ford and found the way to germany as s.h. car. |

They hadn`t so ugly lights. Thats a typical german bad habit of this time. Most of them took their cars after time in ger. back to home. Because registrating in germany is expensive and difficult, so the sec. hand prize was lower and I ve heard the shipping was payed by the US goverment. But you`re right, it`s possible...
