It still has the round head lights which (should...) suggest a manufacturing date before September 1968 /vehicle_660374-Mercedes-Benz-280-S-W108-1968.html . Also the (optional) headrests suggests a 1968+ model as the early headrests looked slightly different http://penangtalk.com/nmvccr/uploads/NACKENROLLE_W108.JPG . I find it likely to be a 1968(+?) Mercedes-Benz 280 S or SE [W 108].
