If the #17 Kadett is 1968 KAK Rally, maybe this is as well. But only info I can find for #4 is it retired - nothing on make/model/drivers. Whichever rally/year this is, it's probably not one of the major Europeans - they all tended to have specific Rally shield plates |

There is a shield plate on the front fender. I think this is the 1968 KAK Rallyt. |

License plate P32926. P = Älvsborgs län. This number belonged to a 1939 Opel in 1958. |
