H953 BGG = VOLKSWAGEN GOLF, RED, 1991, 1272 cc. Very late Mk2 base trim, dropped in UK Oct 91. Location is Gardner St, Partick, Glasgow looking down to Dumbarton Rd junction at bottom. Common location - eg /movie.php?id=3112280 (main page comment), /vehicle_571279-Volvo-244-1979.html , /vehicle_539436-MINI-Cooper-R56-2007.html . I always knew it was a very steep hill with a wide view (personal experience of walking up and down it) but have just discovered it is locally famous for official title of Glasgow's steepest hill. |
