I believe this is a 1964-68 Ford 2000 with the possible additional name Dexta. Certainly one of the 1964 onwards Ford 6x range (Ford Dexta may have been used in some export markets? However not in the UK for these tractors I believe). 1964 Ford 2000 [6x] looks a good fit... Complete range on introduction Ford 2000, 3000, 4000 or 5000 [6X] |

Further information about the 'Dexta' name being applied to these models it appears it was only used on a temporary basis in advertising (or badging)... "Ford kept the old Fordson model names as suffix for a while, when they introduced the 1000-series. The 2000 got "Dexta" and the 3000 got "Super Dexta" and so on... " Link to "www.tractorforum.com" |
