I think it could possibly be a brand new 1997 model since that was when the filming took place before being released in 1998. This van also could've possibly been sold early as a brand new 1998 model as well. But that depends on whatever the specific dates were the production started and ended. But it's still a nice van though.

or it could be anybody's van so it could be 1996, 1997, 1998.. as said before , we go be 1st possible model year when we can't find informations about the vehicle
if filmed in 1997 , a 1996 Caravan would still look pretty new unless badluck strikes.. ;)

That's true. Do you think it still exists? Because I like it.

said to be filmed in Montreal, climate is very rough on cars here but not impossible, there is still a bunch of its friends that are still on the road :)

That's also true, because the farmhouse is in Rougemont, Quebec. Have you seen another van identical to this one?

many, it was a popular color

One of them could've possibly been the same one, right?

It's also possible that they may have reused the same van (the blue version) from "The Jackal", since that movie was also partly filmed in Montreal. I'm not saying it is the same one, I'm just pointing out the fact that both movies were filmed in Quebec, and both vans are identical.

And there could be thousands of gray Grand Caravans in Quebec...

I've never been out of the country, but that's also probably true.

Quebec had/has a lot of caravans and their siblings running around (they were a popular government vehicle, as well as civilian)

the point about the van from the Jackal makes sense, since in Quebec-filmed media, the same vehicles do pop up occasionally in media within certain timeframes
