DDL is Isle of Wight County Council, September 1939 until March 1946, due to the almost complete cessation of private vehicle manufacture during the war. The cars in production at this time were the Wraith and the P3. It doesn't look big enough to be a Phantom from this angle, so may well be a Wraith. |
