The brand is not ZAZ-Daewoo, such brand name did not exist, only Daewoo, ZAZ or Chevrolet existed. It was built as Daewoo Lanos until 2004, as ZAZ Lanos since December 2004, when ZAZ took on full-scale produciton, and for a brief period in 2007 they were sold as Chevrolet Lanos. This one has the newer grille introduced in 2007 together with the Chevrolet badge, but from 2008 they had again the ZAZ logo, with the new grille. ZAZ Sens is the model equipped with a Ukrainian engine and you can`t really say if it is a Lanos or a Sens. The only visible difference between them is that the Sens models are usually not equipped with fog lights, while all the Lanos models are. Also, in Russia the Sens models were called ZAZ Chance. As this series is Russian, I think this one is a 2008 ZAZ Chance, built in Ukraine and made for Russia. Found a ZAZ decoder. Was looking for a few days for one. Then I thought why not search in Russian....instead of English. Do we have a section for VIN decoding websites? Or is there a thread on the forum? https://autobius.ru/lookup/Y6DTF488PB0251407 |
