Interesting. I'd guess something Fiat-based - OSCA??

Very convincing, especially the unusual side vents.

I think OSI

Yes, it's a Fiat 1200 S OSI also in my opinion. But some of these have a different bumper and lack of ventilation holes in the fender. I don't know what these differences mean.

In France that would be a 1965+ Neckar St Trop Cabriolet [103G]: /vehicles_make-Neckar_model-St+Trop+Cabriolet.html

But... Hmm... German origin? Not Italy?

DynaMike NL

I agree. It was 'origin Germany' by default, but it should rather be origin Italy, built in Germany, made for F.

Seems a 1964 car from wing vent - removed for 65 as ^^^^. I'm unclear from all the online sources whether the Neckar version was built in D or built in I by OSI but badged and distributed by Neckar for F, NL and some other countries - nobody gives a definite statement. One for sale at http://www.finecars.cc/en/detail/car/42469/index.html with lots of photos.

In the link is nothing said about any survivors. Does anyone around here has ever seen on in real life?

I collected more than 50 surviving cars (Coupès and Spiders) in my registry. Today you find most of the Cars in Italy, Belgium, France and the Netherlands.

http://www.osicar.de/gb_fiat_osi_register.html

The Fiat 1200 OSI versions were sold in Italy only - in all other countries these cars are called Neckar St Trop. The split bumpers and fenders without the air intakes are only with the few early Fiat OSI versions, introduced on the Turin Salon 1963. With the introduction of the OSI Coupè in Paris 1964 all Fiat OSI and Neckar St Trop cars got the new bumpers in one piece and the air intakes in the front fenders.
