Not really a common police car in the UK. They prefer cars that are smaller or more powerful. |

@JASON LOLOLOL: 1. It isn´t a 2012+ model as it isn´t the facelift Mondeo. 2. There won´t be a Mondeo Police Interceptor. I think that you mean the Taurus Police Interceptor: Link to "www.google.com" And Mondeo and Taurus are two completely different cars. |

4. There is no funny thing in trying to make laugh on traditional police hats. |

Cardiff, Glasgow and the City of London (not Met) police use them. That's quite a big fleet. |

That police car on the left, who's livery is black with blue and white tartan across the body, I think I've seen such livery somewhere in the UK force, but I believe is not based in London. I wonder which forces it based on. |

One of them looks like the 2012 Ford Police Interceptor, based on the Taurus. (The black one does, anyways). |

That's a really nice, clear image! |

Sussex Police use Mondeo Wagons. |

The London Metropolitan Police do have Mondeos, but only as K9 units. |
◊ 2019-01-07 12:27 |
Why do police & miltary insist on K9 unit? What's wrong with dog? |
◊ 2019-01-07 12:56 |
It's an American thing. |

Because they got less symbols and less paint to spend. |
