an_unusual_eye ◊ 2011-09-07 16:52	the lighting is tough, but it seems to lack the two-tone paint scheme of the 10th anniversary edition cars (2,500 black over gold and 500 red over gold). it's a 1979-80 model by the wheels. i'd say that most likely it's just a black car with a tan interior in GL trim, a combination that Datsun often ~ if not always ~ accented with gold pinstripes and gold wheel recesses. Along side the standard wheel versions with silver or black recesses/accents, there were gold accented versions of all 4 alloy wheel styles produced during the S130 run, including this 1979-80 "iron cross" 4-spoke style, the 1981-83 non-turbo 6-spoke style, the 1981 "snowflake" turbo style, and the 1982-83 offset 4-spoke turbo style. i suspect this one is - essentially - this car:
