Madrid-EMT: Leyland Titan , carrosserie ACLO ? (derrière, ce doit être un Guy) Ceci-dit, ACLO était au final la marque "espagnole" de Leyland... -- Last edit: 2011-01-17 16:53:31 |

Oui, au temps pour moi!!! (ou autant pour moi: il parait que les 2 sont admis...) Ceci nonobstant, il semble que certains Leyland "a dos pisos" aient été carrossés chez Aclo (les autres chez CAF) ! -- Last edit: 2011-01-17 18:07:21 |

There were not ACLOs in Madrid. The AEC Regent III were called ACLO in Barcelona http://www.arca-bus.org/centenari/cent_galeriaC.htm According this page (about a Guy Arab unit restored by EMT Madrid), more or less, it reads: http://www.arca-bus.org/material/fitxes/EMT_Guy_AralacC.htm Madrid buses fleet in the 40s-50s got 30 Guy Arab units with bodywork of SEIDA in Bilbao. In that time they were simultaneously with others single-deck Guy. Along their live, Guys coexisted in EMT (Madrid) with Leyland Titan (1st. version), Pegaso Z-404, Leyland Olimpic and, finally, with Leyland Titan PD2. Is this a first version of a Leyland Titan PD1? -- Last edit: 2011-01-17 18:48:57 |

Toutefois, j' ai lu qu' il y avait au parc de la SMT en 1935 (il est vrai...): 4 Aclo (6-9) 1 Leyland/Aclo (17) 7 Aclo (26-32) J' ai lu qq-part qu' il s' agirait en fait de Leyland Titan OPD2, pour celui qui nous concerne -- Last edit: 2011-01-18 22:49:54 |
