Sometimes a lower spec SRI model without a body kit or bigger wheels was used![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() -- Last edit: 2011-09-07 00:15:37 |

Maybe such one will be my next car. But rather as a Diesel. ![]() Yesterday I made test-seating in the 2nd gen Zafira - out of question, the seat-rails are way too short. In the predecessor-Zafira you have more space for your bones. Similar with the Signum, which is also looking really dull and boring. But the Opel-dealers, we had visited, had no Vectras, so this model I still have to test. The British prices are making it really attractive, plus the higher freaky-factor as RHD here ![]() |

@ingo: Do you like the new design of all new Opel´s (Insignia, Astra, Meriva, 3.gen. Zafira)? |
◊ 2011-03-28 19:31 |
No, I don't like the design at all. Of none of any modern car, neither Opel or anything else. ![]() I'm just looking for an reliable all-day-car, as mentioned in the forum Link to "forum.imcdb.org" The NATO-olive Omega had made much fun, so I want to have something non-conformistic again. A RHD-car is more freaky - and much cheaper, too. Sure, I would prefer something with good design and charisma (so inviteable a classic in my eyes), but it would be a shame to park it outside. We only have one garage at the house, which my wife is blockading with her car. And a RHD-car wouldn't fit in the garage anyways. |

Congratulations! I surely didn't expect that as I thought you were planning to buy a Monaro or a Holden Commodore. |

Congrats, looks really nice. |

Congratulations!!. Unfortunately I´m really not a fan of Opel, especially Vectra´s. -- Last edit: 2011-07-12 21:05:38 |

Thanks for you congratulations ![]() ![]() @cl82: yes, I had Holden in my mind, but despite they are too expensive for my budget Link to "www.autotrader.co.uk" they have some disadvantages. They are looking too pimp-ish, I dislike sportive hard suspensions and the high running costs are annother point. And: the Vauxhall-nose is more noticeable as the Holden-nose, |

I once had a Vectra GSi 3.2 manual. It was a great car when it worked and I didn't have to deal with Vauxhall dealers. |

Warranty-defects or cobblework by the factory? Or both? Until now mine only had a defect exhaust-sensor. This damage was own heedlessness: ![]() |

Your tire has got a broken bearing surface or a broken carcass, probably caused by a contact with a road curb. You should change this tire immediately. |

I did so just on that day. It was indeed the edge of a road curb, hit with less than 10km/h in our street. Fortunately it happened (and I recognized that) on the way just to my fitness-club in the next town and not on the way to my office (distance 65 km, with 60 km Autobahn). |
