I believe this started out as a 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air, trim on rear fender is painted over. |

Indeed it is 1954 Chevrolet Bel Air Sport Coupe. But what is so unusual is that the rear window does not wrap around to the C pillar. Could this be locally built? |
