Like i said on the Caravan, this is not a Caprice, it has no relation, its a Cadillac from the 80s. I say like a Fleetwood, or something like that. But this ISNT a Caprice. |

Sorry, Lee Richards, It a book that I used frequently when I attempt to identify those Chevrolet from the book. Here is one you can get it at Amazon.com web site: 75 Years of Chevrolet (Crestline Series) [Hardcover] -- Last edit: 2011-03-22 13:11:43 |

Why 1986? Werent these dowsized in 1985? If I recall themain production years for this body style was 1977-1984. But the front was changed in 1980. The only full-sized Cadillac still in production was the Brougham, that went until '92. As I say, I may be wrong. |

Very true Can't argue with that. So it is of course a 1986 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham, series 6D which I think is the only year this gril was used with the CHMSL, oddly I think the Cadillac script in the grill has fallen off. -- Last edit: 2011-07-27 21:17:57 |

The downsized FWD Fleetwood did not use the Brougham name, just Fleetwood. |
