Plymouth All-Steel Station Wagon? |

Really that rear view looks Plymouth. Here a 1949 Plymouth Suburban http://www.canadiandriver.com/articles/bv/plymouth_sub.htm and here a 1950 http://home.att.net/~mopar.parts/suburban.html 1950 has a cromed before rear wheel and doesn't 1949. The pic is quite dark just in that point but I guess it hasn't that cromed and can be a 1949 Edited: 1949 also with the cromed I said here http://www.chryslerclub.org/memberphotos3.html -- Last edit: 2009-01-20 12:45:47 |

I also see a couple of school buses in the background. |

From http://www.canadiandriver.com/articles/bv/jeep_wagon.htm "It was Plymouth's 1949 Suburban model that could claim to be the first truly car-based, all-steel station wagon". I think this unknown can be fixed as 1949 Plymouth Suburban. Comments? |
