 Cantilever rear springs and outside handbrake suggest it might be a Rolls-Royce.

 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost Springfield Salamanca Cabriolet by Rolls Royce Custom Coachworks circa 1922. Note: could be an earlier chassis with a later body; the spare tyre arrangement is distictly odd and suggests a Stepney sparewheel from before the First World War.
