These are still in use today, although their isn't as many of them as they used to be. |

From Wikipedia 'Land-Rover Tangi': 'More than half of the former RUC (now PSNI) fleet of 450 armoured Land Rovers were decommissioned under the terms of the Good Friday Agreement. A number, mainly Tangis, came back to the mainland UK to be refurbished and distributed among UK forces. North Wales Police are known to operate Tangis, and after the Bradford riots West Yorkshire Police bought six.' I think these are the earlier Hotspur, with various versions of armour. |

Any idea if it's a real Hotspur or a replica made for the film? |

None at all, but if it's a fake it's a very good one IMHO. The only thing that bothers me is the Co.Antrim registration; I'd have expected a RUC vehicle to be regged in Co.Down, but I could well be wrong. |

The use of the County Antrim (Ballymena) plate would indeed be most unusual on a RUC vehicle as practically all were registered in Belfast. |

This is a prop vehicle - although it may be a genuine (de-armoured chassis) with a built up "armoured tub". The actual tubs were re-used by the RUC and incorporated into new Tangis. |
