 Has retroreflector on the taillight makes it USA version.

 A closer look at the rear lights reveals they are the 1973+ ones since the the amber indicator section is immediately abore the red one, without a body-coloured basis and also these bumpers are the energy-absorbing ones that were introduced in 1974.
Since it doesn't seem to be a white car, I would say it's painted "Ceylon Beige" - a 1975 colour.
