1934 Buick. Details of the back of the car are hardly visible. It is fully equipped with the sidemounts with spare covers, the bumper overriders that were not frequently seen except on the series 90 and what can be seen of the rear wheels seems too suggest wire rather than the usual artillary wheels.I go for a 1934 Buick series 90 5 passenger club sedan model 91.

If it is on wire wheels it is possibly a McLaughlin Buick - I see some of it was shot in Canada so it is a possibility. A pity we can't get a better look at it.

I'll try to make a snapshot of those wheels as the characters move around, otherwise this was the best possible view.

Thanks for your efforts chico but I can't really tell whether it is on wires or not. My hunch is that they are the hubcaps for the standard steel wheels. I don't think we can see enough of this car to be sure if it is series 90 or 60. Even in this second shot the rear three quarter of the car is so indistinct that we can't see exactly what the windows look like. The club sedan in both 60 and 90 series had no quarter windows.
