nzcarnerd ◊ 2007-12-16 10:21	Are you sure it is a Special and not one of the bigger models. Those tyres look too big to be 650x16s. Centuries used 700x15s.
pilou ◊ 2007-12-16 13:55	Yes you are right , when looking more in detail and comparing with the Ford in front that rode on 600 X 16 inches ,the tires of the Buick look bigger and larger .Specials rode on 650 X 16 close to the Fords ,Centuries rode on 700 X 15 , Roadmasters 700 X 16 and Limiteds 750 X 16.It is not a Limited body. Again when comparing with the Ford the wheels may eventually appear smaller taking into account the perspective effect of the picture which would make it a 1937 or 1938 Buick Century model 61.The difference between a Century and a Roadmaster is best visible on full lateral views , Centuries showing a larger gap between the wheel arches and the tires.
