For the vehicle at the left, is that Dodge Diplomat? |

If I remember correctly, this was a 1991 model. I'm not 100% sure, though. |

I think the only real way to tell is by the clear front parking lamps. |

Indeed, it is a 1991 as I remembered. It has the hubcaps of a 1988-1989 model. |

since it has the hubcaps of an 88-89 model and 89's had the chrome like this did, but not the high chrome like the 90-91 models had which is obselete here, I think this should be called a 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria with different front headlights, which is an easy modification, I came to this conclusion because I had an uncle with a 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria P72 Ex State Police Car, and he tried to get a rim of a 1991 model when his left front rim was getting poorly, however the rim and tire size is different, on top of that he tried to get a set of hubcaps of a 1990-1991 P72 when his 88-89 hubcaps got stolen while parked at the meter and they didn't fit his 88-89 rims, he eventually ended up getting the 87-02 hubcaps which are still on the car today, it has since had 2 new motors a new transmission and it's still here and going. |

Curiously, it has chrome at the C-pillar ![]() |

Which would make it a 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria with turn signals from a 1991 model which is a very easy switch. |
