 +1991 E30 325i US-spec (but looks near European).

Convertible got facelifting long after sedan, in 11/1990.

Post 11/1990 convertibles in US played with two versions: 318i (with 16-valve M42 engine from 318iS; but still with "318i" badge) and 325i.
