I did look the grill types up for Chevy Ambulances from the Netherlands here: http://www.ambulance-photos.com/countries.asp?id=2. There are a number of Chevy Ambulances that have the grill seen on this particular model used. The double stacked headlights located in the grill. Models before 1985 had a smaller (or similar to 1985) slotted grill with no visible light. Models after 1991 had grills with prominent horizontal lines and smaller vertical lines. I said it was a 1991 model for the fact that The Netherlands did use a good number of 1991 Chevy Van Ambulances. But in hind sight, I should have been more broader with my estimate of years than I was. As for the 1983 van, The grill has no lights inside, so that would make it a 1983 model, unless I was wrong.
