This Rig looks way better than the Auto car but the Auto car in my mind was a better truck |

It's currently for sale in Columbia TN area for $22,500. CL ad: http://nashville.craigslist.org/cto/2234341450.html This is the one of a kind special 'movie edition' Volvo/White Tractor / Semi. It was the Truck used in the 1987 movie "Over The Top" Starring Sylvester Stallone where he was a trucker/arm wrestler & he won this truck in Vegas. The truck is in good condition inside and out, Kenwood amps & Speaker System, a custom built extra large sleeper with A/C. We have paper work showing where the engine was rebuilt - the cost was over $8k. Asking $22,500.00... Yep!!! That's correct!!! |
fleetwood75 ◊ 2011-11-02 03:44 |
Likewise!!! This is a nice rig, But it definitely does NOT have that GIT-R-DONE look that the Autocar has!! I also think that the Autocar might've been better built. Besides, This truck I think is somewhat lacking in masculinity also. |

It is actually for sale again. I am the owner of the vehicle and pulled it off of the market when I realized that what we had it listed for was way under value. We currently have it for sale if anyone is interested. Please contact me via email at aneagleswing777@yahoo.com or at 931-334-5555 and 931-626-0136. The truck is in great shape and does not look weathered at all. Please contact us if you are interested. There were actually two of these trucks built, I don't know why because they were not in the movie long. One had a Spicer manual transmission and one is an automatic. Both have 8V92 Detroit engines. The truck in above comments is the manual and was on eBay about a week ago. It brought north of $30k and did not sell. I am kicking myself for not buying it years ago for $13k. The automatic truck is in Ca and may still belong to Stallone. It was auctioned at Mecum last year and brought in the teens, the owner did not sell it. I want to own one of these trucks so bad to preserve and show. |

i think I think the build quality on the Autocar is WAY better than the White, Autocar is much more reliable and durable truck than White. |

There was actually two of these trucks built for this film the first one was a 1986 that was used for filming inside of the stadium at the arm wrestling like in the above main picture the arm wrestling event was filmed at an actual arm wrestling event in Las Vegas and the truck was eventually won by John Brzenk in which John Brzenk had said himself that he had to wait a year for the truck to be delivered to him because the truck was sent on tour to advertise for the movie The second is a 1987 that was built up for Stallone's character for the driving scene's in the desert that Stallone himself had actually kept for a little after filming had completed despite the rumors of the truck burning down years ago the truck was found sitting in a field in April of 2020 in Tennessee and is currently under going a restoration in Canada right now The 1986 was last seen for sale near the end of September of 2019 in like new condition in a mecum auction that nobody knows what had ever happened to the truck from there Both trucks have V892 Detroit Engines and both trucks had featured automatic transmissions The third truck was a two tone blue 1985 that the grandfather had tried to bribe Stallone's Character with that had also featured a V892 Detroit Engine that had the spicer manual transmission as previously said in the previous comments with the current where abouts on the truck on the truck is currently unknown right now I know that I can back myself up because I have the build sheets to these trucks supplied by aths that's not letting me upload to the picture of them to the site in my comments right now -- Last edit: 2023-02-08 04:59:42 |

These trucks were actually White WIL64T's according to what the build sheets say in which I was finally able to get these build sheets to upload in a photo in my response -- Last edit: 2023-02-08 09:19:46 |

They had filmed the arm wrestling event at a real arm wrestling event in Las Vegas where the first truck being the 1986 that was filmed inside of the stadium like in the main above picture was the actual give away prize for the actual arm wrestling event that eventually ended up being won by John Brzenk The second truck that was built up is a 1987 for Stallone's character to use for the driving desert scene's that you already know that Stallone had ended up keeping to himself for a little while after filming had completed this would be the truck that is currently being restored in Canada right now that was found sitting in a field in Tennessee and is also the truck that had once belonged to a driving school in Denver John Brzenk's truck last I knew he had said that he had to wait for his truck for about a year after he had won the truck after the truck had went on tour to truck shows to advertise for the film, So, That means that the truck was delivered to him sometime in 1988 after the arm wrestling event had taken place in 1987 and John had stated that he had kept the truck for two years where his father in law had ran the truck for him eventually in 1990 he had sold the truck to someone out of Nebraska and the guy that bought it had built up a matching trailer for it and was actually still running the truck atleast in 2011 From there Brzenk's truck had went to someone in Kentucky and the last time it was seen still in like new condition was in the second Mecum Auction from near the end of September of 2019 where it went from there no one knows John Brzenk has quite a few previous residences although he's originally from Illinois he residing in California at the time he had owned truck from there John Brzenk had ended up moving to Utah and now he currently resides in Arizona Sylvester Stallone had also built and moved into a hidden home in Beverly Hill, CA in 1986 which was a year before Over The Top had premiered although Stallone is originally from New York and than had moved to Pennsylvania when he was 16 Years Old after his biological had divorced in 1961 Stallone now currently resides in Florida as of the last day of November in 2018 Singer Adele had bought Stallone's old house in Beverly Hills, CA Anyway, When Stallone had also owned his truck he had also resided in California at the time and than eventually had donated it to a driving school in Denver from there Stallone's truck was found sitting in a field in Tennessee and is now in Canada By the way both orange and black White WIL64T'S were automatics at the time of filming if one of the orange and black White WIL64T'S is now a standard it's because it was converted over after filming was completed and after the driving school in Denver had owned it But, You're right on the motors both trucks had featured a 400HP V892 Detroit Engine The third truck built for the film was a two tone blue 1985 WIL64T that the grandfather had tried to bribe Stallone's Character with if he were to stay away from Mike that truck also had a 400HP V892 Detroit Engine and was a spicer manual transmission at the time of filming although the current where abouts on the truck are currently unknown You can take what I had just told you as facts, Because, I just had provided build sheets to these trucks to this site in my above response which were provided to me by the aths group The truck right now in my personal opinion should be listed as a 1986 White WIL 64T in my personal opinion seeing that it is the 1986 in the above main picture -- Last edit: 2023-02-08 10:25:41 |

I could provide that the 1986 had ended up down under France sometime in 2019 according to this website https://38yann71.skyrock.mobi/3261710056-2-AMERICAINS-A-ST-ROMAIN-EN-GIER.html |
