Unlikely since it's left hand drive and has passenger doors on the right hand side. :)

This film was made by Universal, so it would have been filmed at their studio in Los Angeles. The bus is almost certainly an American one painted in General livery for the film.

I pointed that, but as I didn't have complete view of Single deck LS, I wondered if the door could be partial view of driver door :/

It's quite likely this bus, an American single decker pretending to be British (not very convincingly!)

I looked up which buses were in use in Hollywood in the twenties. The bus in the film seems to be a Yellow Coach Model Z, like this one:
