Hi guys, this actually is not a Flx, but a GM PD4101 or maybe 02 or 03 that had its 'silverside' removed. Private companies owned them, and even the 'hound had some with silversides(aluminum) and some without that were just painted white. part of the 'teletale' on these are the two different size windows. The rounded windshield means it should be an ;02 or '03. All were 35 ft, 6-71 detroits with 4 spd stik. Many were air conditioned by a 'pony' motor on the driver side that ran the a/c comp. this series was still on metal springs not air bags yet.

The bus is a PD4102 or PD4103. The PD4101 had a split rear window similar to those on transit buses like TDH4512. The door window and the whole front were also different.

Yes, PD4104 is correct...This is a PD-4103 NOT a PD-4101

Produced between 1951-3
