I know where that chimney is as I've been past it loads of times - it's the A650 Bingley Relief Road in West Yorks; there's a bigger black one further round with vertical DAMART lettering. I'm intrigued how they filmed this scene with a fast police stop by an armed police unit - they've obviously closed this very busy road, probably in both directions. This would have caused total traffic chaos and clogged up Bingley, even if they'd done it at crack of dawn on a late spring morning.
