A very interesting car. Since Proton was owned by Mitsubishi at the time, they had the rights to rebadge the Lancer Evolution for rallying. :D
It was known as the Proton WIRA PERT 4WD rally car, it even won a few WRC races. :D

They have also done it to the Evo 3, 5, 6 and 7.

I did a bit of research, this car was homologated in July 1995.
This car was based on the Evo II and not the Evo I.
Please change the chassis code to CE9A, thank you. :D
