This one was in fact the 89 Dodge, correct grill and has the roof rack. Back in 2017, the van got some damage when it was use in the first episode of S.W.A.T TV-Series, it was later repaired and last used in Season 6 of Fresh Off the Boat before it was removed from CVS rental.
