I´ve read somewhere here that Warszawa´s were very popular in Hungary, maybe more so than Pobeda´s, but not sure how to tell which one is which from here : Others (or Pobeda´s): -- Last edit: 2021-07-08 20:40:38 |

Warszawa and Popeda are basically the same car. So it's difficult so see the difference. |

"the Warszawa was until 1957 identical to the Soviet Pobeda, built under license, which was given to Poland by GAZ at Joseph Stalin's insistence." -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FSO_Warszawa M20 model ? -- Last edit: 2021-07-09 22:02:17 |

Wasn't "given" (literally) - of course our side payed money for that. This new license agreement was implemented in place of cancelled post-war agreement with FIAT. With what is visible the car in film can be GAZ by default. '57+ Warszawa is on 1st thumb of other "Pobedas" |
