Actual Honolulu Police Department vehicle being used as a Hawaii County(Big Island) Police Department marked vehicle. It doesn't have Honolulu Police badge logo on the door. The film is supposed to take place in Kona on the Big Island. But was filmed on the island of Oahu(Honolulu).Most likely seen on Hawaii Five-O(1968-1980). If you look at the Hawaii State license plate it's registered as a City and County of Honolulu government vehicle.
