No, the Juvaquatre had built-in headlamps .gif ";)") This is a 1940+ Fiat 1100 L (or ALR, BLR or ELR). Because of the low placed windshield wipers, I think it will be the 1949-54 ELR. |

Depends on where this scene was filmed. If in Hungary or Bulgaria, there is a chance it can be a postwar version. If in Estonia, 1940 only as they were annexed by the USSR later that year, ending imports of Western vehicles.
