Unclear type of badge, but by this type of repeaters it looks like 1983+ FSO 125p. Maybe guest from Poland or Hungary (where at the end of 80s they were exported again, but IIRC not before 1988 and it is pre-1987). -- Last edit: 2020-10-24 15:26:00 |

The license plate looks more like black with white letters, so it could be guest from PL. |
