Chevrolet Chevette or Pontiac Acadian? |

Looks like this: |

@rjluna2, yes, but since this is Canada, there was also a rebadged Pontiac Acadian which looked like this, and I don't know what are the external differences from this view. |

1976, I think the Woody was a one year only package on Chevette? |

The differences with the early versions were itty-bitty name badges on the front and rear, and the side-badges which blend in with the woodgrain. So calling it a Chevette as they sold more of them. |

On the other hand, I think this could be the exact same car as the Acadian in s13a's link - it has the same decorative red license plate on the front. |

ad says the car was in Quebec City.. but of course could have been bought and shipped to the other side of the country ( filmed in BC ) unless... in the filming locations there is a Canada only, without city or province .. small part filmed in Québec ? but CougarTim's point is valid.. and i bet there is not much left of them... even looks like it has the roof rack ( or was it part of the Woody option group ?) -- Last edit: 2020-07-28 00:33:59 |

I think they must have filmed some in eastern Canada. There's a Toronto trolley, for example: /vehicle_1410284-Buick-Riviera-1971.html |

I think you may be right. Not just the license plate but the bumper valance has the paint scraped off in the same place. |
