So why? Having owned FUY 724C, dark blue with cream interior, & SMX 41F, White with black interior, which is the one in which I nearly met my maker, I am very familiar with the 2C, and neither the front nor the rear badges were visible. Since both my cars were rhd the front badges were on the right of the Lancia badge as you looked at the cars. I uploaded this last batch of Greek movies progressively as I watched just to not end up with a gigantic folder full of pictures, expecting a lot of cars (I'm using a frame-by-frame method for capturing to get everything accurate and it can get hectic with the traffic cars). Roles are changed in the end as well and then I add them to Last Completed list once finally done. I try to offer a best first view when the car is seen from a good angle, but this method saves not to miss any single vehicle as I go along. -- Last edit: 2020-02-12 23:46:01 |

Thank you. I am very familiar with the mechanicals too. The blue car had a piston pick up, and I rebuilt its engine after having it rebored via the local Lancia agent in Stoke on Trent. Ray and Proctor, I think, Longton. I clearly recall putting it back together, the garage at home was full with other things, I had to work outside, and it was pouring with rain, I got soaked. It took several weeks to complete, due to spares availability so I bought a Mk1 Cortina, 1500 DeLuxe.
