I think three separate Jeeps in this film. One pictured here has a canvas top and the mounting hardware for the top bows, the canvas web straps to secure the folded canvas top (only a collector would have those) and a solid rear fender well (no WWII tool box lid) and a WWII style windshield. Believe this to be Willys CJ2A modified to look like a WWII jeep. The rear view pic of this Jeep (top up) shows the post war rear axle, the external fuel filler and the web straps over the fender well. The third pic of this Jeep again with top up and web straps visible shows the larger post war headlights. Three pics of the same CJ2A modified to look MB/GPW. |
