That mirror design was phased out around 2001 MY. I don't see any grab handles. Driver's side came for 2003. Passenger side came for 2001. The dash looks square which came on 1992-1996 models. 1997-2008 share the sloped dash. Seems most rental companies utilize hackjobs due to the cost of ambulances. Cheaper to buy a run down older model and buy the 2008+ front end instead of paying a lot more for a newer model.
