 to me, Blackwood was created in a panic mode caused by Escalade EXT's success

 The other way around, the Blackwood actually came out several months before the Escalade EXT. The Blackwood was an interesting vehicle, but it was useless as a pickup truck with a wood-lined bed and electric tonneau cover that could not be removed.

 not the same. it's him, there were 2 in the movie, you can see it from the fact that one has an antenna and the other does not. mine is the one without antenna (I already bought it)
