Apparently yes, although I don't just which models. I knew someone owned one in the US back in the late '50s/early'60s. |

DKWs seem to have been listed in US 1954-65 with 3-6 range until 1959, alongside from 1958 Auto Union 1000 Coupe and Convertible. Then 1960-62 DKW 750 (Junior?), DKW 1000 and wider Auto Union 1000 range (adding 4-door saloon, 2-door estate), with Mercedes-Benz acting as distributors from 1960. 1963 just 3 models, all DKW - Junior Deluxe saloon, 1000 S coupe, and 1000 estate. Then 1964-65 the first Fxx references as just F11 2-door Sedan, F12 2-door Sedan and F12 Roadster. Sales were 2268 in 1959, 2000+ in 1961, and just over 1000 in 1962 - no other years or numbers given. |
