By the way, I would say that all post-1992 YU cars could be listed with Serbian and Montenegrin flag - a 1996 car with the red star flag wouldn't look right.
Basically the only thing that changed in 2003 was the name. Anthem, flag and coat of arms stayed the same.

 Then it should be mentioned in menu where you select flags - that one and the same flag applies to both country names, like it is with Czechoslovakia and Czech Rep.

 Technically the starless flag should be used from 1993 on - possible, that some 1992s were built in the first four months of the year. ;) Like 1991 Soviet vehicles.
